摘 要:经验教师正处在专业发展的关键期,亟待实现高阶发展或二次成长。然而,英语教师研究却较少结合教师经验来探讨,针对经验教师专业发展关注较少。基于教师发展文献,本文回顾梳理了近20年英语经验教师的国内外相关实证研究,从经验教师的概念、研究脉络、发展特征与需求、发展形式等方面展开评述,并对英语经验教师的发展目标、路径和未来研究方向提出建议。Experienced teachers are at a critical period of professional development and need to achieve advanced development or secondary growth. However,few studies on English teachers have shed light on areas related to teacher experience,and there is lack of exclusive attention to professional development for experienced teachers. This paper reviews the relevant empirical research on English experienced teachers in the past 20 years under the background of literature regarding teacher development. It begins with an overview of the definition of experienced teacher and related research,and then discusses the characteristics,needs and development modes of English experienced teachers,on the basis of which suggestions are made for development goals and path of experienced teachers and future research direction.
