《麦田里的守望者》中霍尔顿的双重内心世界分析:家庭系统理论视角

摘　　要：美国作家杰罗姆·大卫·塞林格的代表作《麦田里的守望者》主人公霍尔顿·考菲尔德拥有双重内心世界,他一方面叛逆而堕落,另一方面善良而纯真。为探究其背后原因,本文运用家庭系统理论,从家庭与社会两个方面出发,分析霍尔顿双重内心世界的形成不仅受其家庭中亲子系统、同胞系统的影响,也受到社会这个"大家庭"的影响。《麦田里的守望者》通过描述霍尔顿矛盾的双重内心世界,揭示了20世纪50年代在冷战影响下美国社会经济繁荣但精神空虚的时代危机。Holden Caulfield,the protagonist of American writer J. D. Salinger’s masterpiece The Catcher in the Rye,has double inner worlds. On the one hand,Holden Caulfield is rebellious and depraved;on the other hand,he is kind-hearted and innocent. From the perspectives of family and society,this thesis analyzes Holden’s double inner worlds with family systems theory,and indicates that Holden’s double inner worlds are influenced not only by the parent-child system and sibling system in his family,but also by"the big family"of society. By describing Holden’s contradictory double inner worlds,The Catcher in the Rye reveals the crisis of the era in which social economy was prosperous while spiritual emptiness was severe under the influence of the Cold War in the United States in the 1950 s.
