醋氨己酸锌胶囊联合三联治疗Hp阳性胃十二指肠溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察醋氨己酸锌胶囊联合三联治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效及对Hp的清除作用。方法选取2016年5月~2019年1月新兴县人民医院收治的96例Hp阳性胃十二指肠溃疡患者作为研究对象。依据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,各48例。对照组患者采用三联(奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑)疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上加用醋氨己酸锌胶囊,所有患者治疗时间均为6周。所有患者在停药2周后进行快速尿素酶试验和14C-尿素呼气试验,以确定Hp清除情况,并评价胃十二指肠溃疡治疗效果,同时记录患者治疗期间的不良反应。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,观察组患者Hp清除率为87.50%(42/48),高于对照组的70.83%(34/48),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.042,P=0.044)。治疗期间,两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论醋氨己酸锌胶囊联合三联治疗Hp阳性胃十二指肠溃疡,具有确切的临床疗效,有利于Hp的清除,安全性较好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of zinc acetaminophate capsule combined with triple therapy on helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastroduodenal ulcer and its scavenging effect on Hp.Methods 96 patients with Hp positive gastroduodenal ulcer admitted to Xinxing People’s Hospital from May 2016 to January 2019 were studied and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with triple therapy(omeprazole,amoxicillin and metronidazole),while patients in the observation group were treated with zinc acetaminophen capsule on this basis.All patients were treated for 6 weeks.All patients underwent a rapid urease test and 14C-urea breath test 2 weeks after drug withdrawal to determine Hp clearance,evaluate the therapeutic effect of gastroduodenal ulcer,and record adverse reactions during treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.83%in the observation group,higher than that in the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05);Hp clearance rate was 87.50%(42/48),higher than that of the control group[70.83%(34/38)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.042,P=0.044).During the treatment period,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zinc-acetaminate-caproate capsule combined with triple therapy for Hp-positive gastroduodenal ulcer has definite clinical efficacy,which is beneficial to the removal of Hp with better security.
