腹腔镜与开放性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除术对呼吸与循环功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:对比腹腔镜与开放性手术在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除术对患者呼吸与循环功能的影响。方法:2016年3月-2019年5月收治肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤患者14例,随机分为两组,各7例。D组采用腹腔镜手术方法治疗,S组采用开放性手术方法治疗。比较两组患者呼吸和循环功能情况。结果:两组患者二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者心律(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、气道压(Paw)及每分钟通气量(VE)等指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:行肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除术时只要正确选择适合患者病情的手术方法均具有可行性。Objective:To the effects of laparoscopy and open surgery on respiratory and circulatory function in patients undergoing adrenal pheochromocytoma resection.Methods:From March 2016 to May 2019,14 patients with adrenal pheochromocytoma were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 7 cases in each group.Group D was treated by laparoscopic surgery and group S was treated by open surgery.The postoperative respiratory and circulatory functions between the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)were compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The indicator levels of rhythm of the heart(HR),the mean arterial pressure(MAP),the airway pressure(Paw)and the minute-ventilation(VE)of the patients between the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Adrenal pheochromocytoma resection can be performed as long as the correct surgical method is suitable for the patients'condition.
