摘　　要：目的:分析非乙醇性脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖与肝功能指标情况。方法:2016年2月-2017年12月收治非乙醇性脂肪肝患者54例,选取同期健康体检者50例为对照组。对两组检验后血脂、血糖水平和肝功能指标进行分析。结果:研究组检验后血脂、血糖水平和肝功能指标均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非乙醇性脂肪肝严重威胁患者的健康,对其血脂、血糖水平与肝功能指标进行检验,显示均与正常人群存在差异,可为临床非乙醇性脂肪肝提供有效的判断依据。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of blood lipid,blood glucose and liver function test in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods:54 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were selected from February 2016 to December 2017,50 cases of healthy physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The blood lipids,blood glucose levels and liver function indexes were analyzed.Results:The levels of blood lipid,blood glucose and liver function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-alcoholic fatty liver is a serious threat to the health of patients,and the tests of blood lipid,blood glucose and liver function show that there are differences between non-alcoholic fatty liver and normal people,which can provide effective judgment for clinical non-alcoholic fatty liver.
