摘 要:工作场所学习与转化学习二者之间存在着一定的逻辑关系,成人个体能够在工作场所中获得知识与经验,但转化学习却能让个体反思经验,有意识地对自我假设和经验预期进行变革,可以说它是基于工作场所学习更高一级的学习方式。成人在工作场所中进行转化学习的路径可以分为人员流动、团队合作、正式培训三类,其中,叙事交流作为贯穿各环节的互动交流方式,能够使成人在工作的交往与碰撞中获得多视角经验的成长。工作场景中,成人个体会使用多重角色身份在各环节中与他人产生社会交往,如果通过叙说个人经历能使他人和自己得到不同程度上的启发,那么叙事交流就变成了可供人进行视角转化的叙事学习。叙事交流作为联通各环节、各角色的基本沟通方式,可以提高转化学习在工作场所中的发生概率,增强成人个体对问题意识的关注度,从而提高个体的学习敏感性,让个体的意义结构不断融入新的知识,经过知觉环境的不断重组与经验的往复联结和解构,促进员工创新思维与批判思维的发展,实现个人的赋能与增值。There is a certain logical relationship between workplace learning and transformational learning.Adults can acquire knowledge and experience in the workplace,but transformational learning enables individuals to reflect on their experience and consciously change their self-hypothesis and experience expectation.It can be said that it is a higher learning mode based on workplace learning.There are three ways for adults to conduct transformational learning in the workplace,namely,staff flow,team cooperation and formal training.Among them,narrative communication,as an interactive communication method through all links,can enable adults to gain multi-perspective experience in the interweaving and communication.In the working field,adults will have social interactions with others in each link with multiple roles.If narrating personal experiences can inspire others and themselves to different degrees,then narrative communication becomes narrative learning for people to transform their perspectives.Narrative communication,as the basic way of communication for connecting the links and roles,can increase the probability of transformational learning in the workplace,raise individuals'focus on the problem awareness,thus improve the sensitivity of individual learning,help the structure of the individual significance integrate into the new knowledge,promote the development of creative thinking and critical thinking,and achieve individual enabling and improvement,after the restructuring of consciousness environment and the reciprocating coupling and deconstruction of experience.
