摘 要:为了满足小卫星低功耗、小体积、轻量化的调焦系统要求。介绍了一种基于ARM处理器的星载相机调焦系统的控制与实现方法,该系统采用直线位移传感器代替传统的编码器确定焦面位置,ARM处理器接收中心机发送的开环或闭环调焦指令及调焦参数,产生相应的驱动信号使步进电机带动相机CCD焦平面运动到指定位置,保障相机在轨处于最佳的成像状态。实验结果证明,该系统调焦精度小于20μm,满足设计指标要求,已成功应用在星载相机上。Follow with the step that small satellite is becoming low power consumption,small size,lightweight. In this paper a new focusing system of the spaceborne camera based on the ARM microprocessor is introduced. The system make up the best focal plane by the linear variable differential transformer instead of traditional encorder.ARM microprocessor receives the assignment of the closed-loop control and open-loop control focusing and drives the stepper motor to realize focusing CCD plane.The experimental result indicate that the precision is 6 um less than 10 μm which meets the technical requirement and it is applied on the spaceborne camera successfully.
