2016—2018年沈阳市皇姑区中小学生龋齿患病情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解沈阳市皇姑区2016—2018年中小学生龋齿患病情况,为制定该地区学生口腔卫生保健策略提供依据。方法采用2016—2018年沈阳市皇姑区中小学生体检数据资料,对乳牙和恒牙的患龋率、龋均、龋失补构成比等进行对比分析。结果2016—2018年沈阳市皇姑区学生乳牙患龋率分别为23.52%,22.41%,14.48%,龋均分别为0.64,0.51,0.33,充填率分别为14.45%,20.67%,21.93%。恒牙患龋率分别为8.37%,9.27%,6.90%,龋均分别为0.13,0.15,0.11,充填率分别为22.67%,40.39%,37.41%。各年度各年龄段乳牙患龋率男生>女生;各年度各年龄段恒牙患龋率男生<女生。结论沈阳市皇姑区中小学生龋齿防治工作取得一定进展,但龋齿充填率有待提高,应进一步加强中小学生口腔健康宣传教育及行为指导。Objective To understand the prevalence of caries among primary and middle school students in Huanggu District of Shenyang City from 2016 to 2018,so as to provide the evidence for the development of oral health care strategies for students in this region.Methods The data of physical examinations of primary and secondary school students in Huanggu District of Shenyang City from 2016 to 2018 were used to investigate the caries rate,the decayed missing and filled teeth(DMFT),the constituent ratio of DMFT.Results From 2016 to 2018,the yearly caries rate of deciduous teeth was 23.52%,22.41%,and 14.48%,respectively,the DMFT was 0.64,0.51,and 0.33,respectively,and the filling rate was 14.45%,20.67%,and 21.93%,respectively.The caries rate of permanent teeth was 8.37%,9.27%,and 6.90%,respectively,the DMFT was 0.13,0.15,and 0.11,respectively,and the filling rate was 22.67%,40.39%,and 37.41%,respectively.In each year and each age group,the caries rates of deciduous teeth of the schoolboys>those of the schoolgirls,and in each year and each age group,the caries rates of permanent teeth of the schoolboys<those of the schoolgirls.Conclusion The prevention and treatment of caries in the primary and middle school students in Huanggu District of Shenyang City has made some prog ress,but the filling rate of caries needs to be improved.Therefore,the oral health education and behavior guidance of primary and middle school students should be further strengthened.
