摘　　要：港口集疏运是影响港城协调发展的关键因素:针对当前我国港口集疏运存在的主要问题,基于港城协调理念提出港口集疏运体系规划的原则和思路,:以大连港太平湾港区为例,提出港城协调理念下的集疏运体系规划方案,并通过交通仿真模拟评估公路集疏运通道的适应性,研究成果对于新港区集疏运规划和缓解老港区港城矛盾具有重要意义.Port collection and distribution is the key factor affecting the coordinated development of port and city.Based on the concept of port city coordination,this paper proposes the principles and ideas on port collection and distribution system planning for the main problems existing in current port collection and distribution in China.Taking the Taiping Bay Port Area of Dalian Port as an example,the planning scheme of the collection and distribution system was proposed,and the adaptability of the road transportation channel was evaluated through traffic simulation.The research results are of great significance for the collection and distribution planning of new port area and easing the port-city conflicts in old port area.
