摘　　要：目的了解青岛市2018年脑卒中发病和死亡情况,为青岛市脑卒中防治提供科学依据。方法所有的发病和死亡病例来源于"青岛市脑卒中发病监测系统"和"青岛市死因监测系统"。描述2018年脑卒中报告发病与死亡情况,并分析性别、年龄、类型、地区和季节性分布的特点。结果2018年青岛市共报告脑卒中发病23998例,死亡8227例。脑卒中的粗发病率为293.45/10万;粗死亡率为100.60/10万。发病和死亡率随着年龄增加而升高。发病率男性(330.06/10万)高于女性(257.60/10万)(P<0.01),死亡率男性(109.64/10万)高于女性(91.75/10万)(P<0.01)。发病率农村(294.00/10万)和城市(291.58/10万)基本一致(P>0.05),死亡率农村(116.17/10万)高于城市(47.45/10万)(P<0.01)。脑卒中的发病和死亡类型以脑梗死为主,发病和死亡季节以冬春季为主。结论2018年青岛市脑卒中报告发病率、死亡率与国内多项研究结果基本一致,脑卒中是影响青岛市居民健康的主要问题。Objective To describe the incidence and mortality of stroke in Qingdao city,so as to provide evidence on stroke prevention in Qingdao city.Methods Data retrieving from Qingdao Stroke Incidence Surveillance System and Qingdao Death Surveillance System was analyzed to calculate the incidence and mortality rates of stroke distributed by gender,age group,stroke type,district and season.Results A total of 23998 cases and 8227 death cases of stroke were recorded in Qingdao city in 2018.The crude incidence rate of stroke was 293.45/10^5 and the mortality rate was 100.60/10^5.The risk of stroke incidence and mortality increased with age.The incidence and mortality rates were higher in men(330.06/10^5,109.64/10^5)than those in women(257.60/10^5,91.75/10^5)(P<0.01).The incidence rate in urban(291.58/10^5)and rural(294.00/10^5)areas was almost the same(P>0.05).The mortality rate in rural areas(116.17/10^5)was higher than that in urban areas(47.45/10^5)(P<0.01).Cerebral infarction was the main type of stroke and death caused by stroke.The incidence and death of stroke were mostly seen in winter and spring.Conclusion In 2018,the reported incidence and mortality of stroke in Qingdao city are basically consistent with many domestic research results.Stroke is the main disease affecting the health of Qingdao residents.
