摘 要:目的:为了更好的指导临床对多发性骨髓瘤诊断和治疗,探讨18F-FDG PET/CT在多发性骨髓瘤中的诊断价值和意义。方法:随机从本院2017年1月至2019年7月接诊的经骨髓穿刺病理活检确诊为多发性骨髓瘤的患者中选取144例作为本次研究对象,所有入组患者均行X线和18F-FDG PET/CT检查,探讨18F-FDG PET/CT在多发性骨髓瘤中的诊断价值和意义。结果:统计数据显示,18F-FDG PET/CT共扫描出多发性骨髓瘤患者129例,总检出率为89.58%(129/144),共发现病变324处,检出率为90.00%,而X线共扫描出多发性骨髓瘤患者72例,总检出率为50.00%(72/144),共发现病变228处,检出率为63.33%,18F-FDG PET/CT的多发性骨髓瘤患者及病变检出率均明显增加且组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组诊断多发性骨髓瘤的准确率分别83.33(120/144)和41.67(60/144),观察组的诊断准确率更高且组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多发性骨髓瘤患者采用18F-FDG PET/CT检查,能够提高患者及病变的检出率,增加检测的准确性,效果显著,值得临床应用。Objective:In order to better guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of multiple myeloma,to explore the diagnostic value and significance of 18F-FDG PET/CT in multiple myeloma.Methods:48 patients with multiple myeloma diagnosed by bone marrow biopsy from January 2017 to July 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects.All patients were examined by X-ray and 18F-FDG PET/CT.The diagnostic value and significance of 18F-FDG PET/CT in multiple myeloma were discussed.Results:The statistical data showed that 129 patients with multiple myeloma were scanned by 18F-FDG PET/CT,the total detection rate was 89.58%(129/144),324 lesions were found,the detection rate was 90.00%,while 72 patients with multiple myeloma were scanned by X-ray,the total detection rate was 50.00%(72/144),228 lesions were found,the detection rate was 63.33%.18F-FDG PET/CT showed a significant increase in the detection rate of multiple myeloma patients and lesions(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group and the control group were 83.33(120/144)and 41.67(60/144),respectively.The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was higher and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:18F-FDG PET/CT can improve the detection rate of multiple myeloma patients and lesions,increase the accuracy of detection,the effect is significant,and it is worth clinical application.
