热牙胶垂直加压根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察热牙胶垂直加压根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎的临床效果。方法:随机选择2016年7月-2018年6月至笔者所在医院进行慢性牙髓炎、根尖周炎治疗的患者112例进行临床研究。根据来诊时间排序,序列号为单号患者作为观察组,序列号为双号患者作为对照组,各56例,对照组给予常规冷牙胶侧方加压法进行根管填充治疗,观察组给予热牙胶垂直加压法进行根管充填治疗。观察两组临床疗效和填充效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.43%,高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恰填率为92.86%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热牙胶垂直加压根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎具有良好的临床疗效,能够明显提高患者治疗效果和恰填率,减少欠填和超填情况的发生。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hot gutta-percha vertical pressure root canal filling on chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.Method:A total of 112 patients with chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis from July 2016 to June 2018 were randomly selected for clinical study.According to the order of visiting time,patients with single serial number as observation group,patients with double serial number as control group,56 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional cold gum lateral compression root canal filling therapy.The observation group was treated with hot guttapercha vertical compression root canal filling.The clinical efficacy and filling effect of the two groups were observed.Result:The effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%,higher than 85.71%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The exact rate of the observation group was 92.86%,higher than 78.57% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hot gutta-percha vertical compression root canal filling has a good clinical effect on chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.It can significantly improve the effective rate and filling rate of patients,and reduce the occurrence of underfilling and overfilling.
