八段锦在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果及对生存质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究与观察八段锦在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果及对生存质量的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月的100例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,依据干预方式的不同分为对照组(常规精神分裂症干预组)50例和观察组(八段锦治疗组)50例。比较两组患者干预前后的BPRS量表及WHOQOL-BREF量表评分结果。结果:干预前两组的BPRS量表及WHOQOL-BREF量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后6周及12周两组的BPRS量表评分均持续降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);WHOQOL-BREF量表评分均持续升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果较好,且对生存质量的影响更为积极,因此在精神分裂症患者中具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To study and observe the application effect of Baduanjin in the patients with schizophrenia and influence for life quality.Method:A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia from March 2018 to March 2019 were chosen for the study,and they were divided into control group(50 cases,routine intervention)and observation group(50 cases,Baduanjin group)according to the differences of intervention methods.Then the evaluation results of BPRS scale and WHOQOL-BREF scale of two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Result:The BPRS scale and WHOQOL-BREF scale of two groups before the intervention were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The evaluation results of BPRS scale of two groups at 6th and 12th week after the intervention decreased continually,and the results of observation group were lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The evaluation results of WHOQOL-BREF scale increased continually,and the results of observation group were higher than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Baduanjin in the patients with schizophrenia is better,and its influence for life quality is more active,so its application value in the patients with schizophrenia is higher.
