摘　　要：目的:比较早期乳腺癌保乳术后大分割放疗与常规分割放疗的安全性和近期疗效.方法:选择2017年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院放疗科收治的100例早期乳腺癌行保乳手术的患者,随机分为常规分割组(对照组)及大分割组(观察组),每组50例.比较两组不良反应、美容效果及生存状况.结果:观察组与对照组急性皮肤反应、骨髓抑制反应、放射性肺炎及美容效果比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组总生存率均为100%,复发率、远处转移率、对侧乳腺癌发生率均为0.结论:早期乳腺癌保乳术后大分割放疗的安全性、美容效果、近期疗效与常规分割放疗无差别.Objective:To compare the safety and short-term effect of large fraction radiotherapy and conventional segment radiotherapy after breast cancer conserving.Method:From January 2017 to January 2019,100 patients with early breast cancer who underwent breast conserving surgery were selected,and they were randomly divided into routine segmentation group(the control group)and large fraction group(the observation group),50 patients in each group.The adverse reactions,cosmetic effects and survival status of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in acute skin reaction,bone marrow suppression reaction,radiation pneumonia and cosmetic effect between the two groups(P>0.05).The total survival rate of the two groups was 100%,the recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate and contralateral breast cancer rate were all 0.Conclusion:The safety,cosmetic effect and short-term efficacy of large fraction radiotherapy after breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer are similar to those of conventional fractional radiotherapy.
