18F-FDG PET/CT显像在膀胱癌诊治中的价值

摘　　要：目的:分析采用18F-FDG PET/CT显像诊断膀胱癌的价值.方法:选取2013年1月-2019年7月笔者所在医院收治的经18F-FDG PET/CT初诊为膀胱癌患者52例,常规18F-FDG PET/CT显像后口服呋塞米40 mg,2 h后再次憋尿行盆腔延迟显像.检查后3个月内进行病理学检查,对比18F-FDG PET/CT检查结果及病理学检查结果.结果:病理学检查显示,52例患者中T1期20例,T2期5例,T3期4例,T4期3例.18F-FDG PET/CT检查显示,52例患者中pT1期28例,符合率为71.43%(20/28);pT2期14例,符合率为35.71%(5/14);pT3期6例,符合率为66.67%(4/6);pT4期4例,符合率为75.00%(3/4).结论:18F-FDG PET/CT显像在膀胱癌原发灶及盆腔淋巴结转移诊断中有重要价值,可协助临床医师对膀胱癌进行正确分期,有利于制定疾病治疗方案.Objective:To evaluate the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in the diagnosis of bladder cancer.Method:From January 2013 to July 2019,52 patients with bladder cancer were initially diagnosed by 18F-FDG PET/CT in our hospital.After routine 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging,40 mg Furosemide was taken orally.After 2 hours,pelvic delayed imaging was performed again by suppressing the urine.Pathological examination was performed within 3 months after examination,and the results of 18F-FDG PET/CT and pathological examination were compared.Result:Pathological examination showed that among the 52 cases,20 cases were at stage T1,5 cases were at stage T2,4 cases were at stage T3 and 3 cases were at stage T4.18F-FDG PET/CT examination showed that among the 52 cases,28 cases were at stage pT1,and the coincidence rate was 71.43%(20/28).And 14 cases were at stage pT2,and the coincidence rate was 35.71%(5/14).And 6 cases were at stage pT3,the coincidence rate was 66.67%(4/6).And 4 cases were at stage pT4,the coincidence rate was 75.00%(3/4).Conclusion:18F-FDG PET/CT imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis of primary bladder cancer and pelvic lymph node metastasis,which can assist clinicians in the correct staging of bladder cancer and facilitate the formulation of disease treatment plans.
