摘　　要：目的探讨小儿精准包皮成形围手术期前瞻性护理教育应用成效。方法选取2015年01月~2019年03月我院小儿外科160例小儿精准包皮成形术患儿,按照收治顺序随机分为对照组(n=78)和观察组(n=82)。对照组给予围手术期常规健康教育,观察组常规宣教基础上实施围手术期前瞻性护理教育。对比两组依从性、手术情况、术后疼痛(NRS)、恢复、门诊再诊、家长情绪焦虑(S-AI)及满意度。结果两组均顺利完成手术,术后2周门诊复诊复查均无切口感染,手术时间、出血量、门诊再诊率比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组术后NRS、S-AI评分、轻度水肿发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从性及满意率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对接受内外板分切精准包皮成形手术的患儿实施围术期前瞻性护理教育,可有效促进患儿术后恢复,缓解患儿术后疼痛及家长情绪焦虑,降低并发症的发生,提高依从性和满意度。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative prospective nursing education on precision foreskin formation in children.Methods From January 2015 to March 2019,160 children with pediatric precision foreskin plastic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=78)and the observation group(n=82).The control group was given perioperative routine health education,and the observation group was given perioperative prospective nursing education based on routine education.The two groups were compared for compliance,surgical status,postoperative pain(NRS),recovery,outpatient revisit,parental anxiety(S-AI),and satisfaction.Results The surgery was successfully completed in both groups,and no incision infection was found in the outpatient follow-up and follow-up examination 2 weeks after surgery.There was no significant difference in the operation time,bleeding volume,and outpatient re-examination rate(P>0.05).The incidence of mild edema was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the compliance and satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative prospective nursing education for children undergoing precise foreskin forming with internal and external plate cutting can effectively promote postoperative recovery of children,relieve postoperative pain and emotional anxiety of parents,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve compliance Sex and satisfaction.
