永定路社区学龄前儿童视力筛查结果分析

摘　　要：目的采用手提式筛查仪对216例学龄前儿童进行视力筛查,分析视力筛查结果。方法在我社区随机选取2017年6月~2018年6月,从需要进行视力检查的3~6岁儿童中抽取216例作为研究对象,并对筛查结果进行统计学分析。结果216例学龄前儿童的视力筛查中,屈光异常21例,异常检出率9.72%;其中男童11例,检出率9.91%,女童10例,检出率9.52%,男女童屈光异常检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其中散光16例(76.19%),远视3例(14.29%),散光+远视2例(9.52%),视力异常:3岁儿童有4例(9.52%),4岁儿童6例,5~6岁儿童11例,3岁组最低,6岁组最高,屈光异常检出率随儿童年龄增加呈上升趋势(P<0.01)。结论学龄前儿童视力屈光异常类型主要是散光和远视,占有率较高,需要引起人们的高度重视,对学龄前儿童应早期进行视力筛查,做到早发现、早干预、早治疗。Objective To analyze the visual acuity screening results of 216 preschoolers with portable screening instrument..Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,216 children aged 3 to 6 years who needed visual acuity examination were randomly selected in our community,and the screening.Results were statistically analyzed.Results among 216 preschoolers,21 cases had abnormal refraction,and the detection rate was 9.72%.Boy 11 cases,detection rate of 9.91%,10 cases of the girls,detection rate of 9.52%,private ametropia there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)difference detection rate,astigmatism in 16 cases(76.19%),hyperopia 3 cases(14.29%),hyperopia astigmatism+2 cases(9.52%),abnormal vision:3 years old children have 4 cases(9.52%),4 years old children 6 cases,5~6 years old children in 11 cases,set the minimum age of 3,6 years old group,the highest ametropia detection rate with the increase of the child's age on the rise(P<0.01).Conclusion Astigmatism and hyperopia are the main types of visual acuity abnormalities in preschoolers,which have a high prevalence and need to be paid more attention to.Early vision screening should be carried out for preschoolers to achieve early detection,intervention and treatment.
