摘　　要：从培养单位对非全日制研究生教育的重视、社会对非全日制研究生的认可、调动在职人员攻读非全日制研究生的积极性3方面阐述了新形势下改善非全日制研究生教育模式的意义。针对稀缺的优质生源、较低的培养质量、单一的培养模式等问题,提出了保证生源质量、提高非全日制研究生教育质量、改进非全日制研究生培养模式、建立双导师培养制度等改善建议。This paper expounds the significance of improving the education mode of part-time graduate students under the new situation from three aspects:the emphasis of training units on the education of non-full-time postgraduate students,the recognition of non-full-time postgraduate students by the society and the mobilization of on-the-job personnel enthusiasm to study for full-time postgraduate student.This paper puts forward some suggestions to ensure the quality of students,improve the quality and the training mode of non-full-time postgraduate education,and establish a dual-tutor training system in view of the shortage of high quality students,poor training quality,single training mode,etc.
