空心针穿刺和微创活检在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值对比

摘　　要：目的对比空心针穿刺和微创活检在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选择我院2017年1月-2018年12月疑似乳腺癌患者461例,分别实施超声引导下空心针穿刺活检以及微创活检,记录并比较两种检测方式的手术时间、术中出血量;并以病理学检测结果为金标准,评价空心针穿刺活检及微创活检在乳腺癌诊断中的灵敏度、特异度及准确率。结果两种方式手术时间和出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);超声引导微创活检的诊断灵敏度及准确度均高于空心针穿刺活检,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创活检诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度及准确率更高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the value of hollow needle aspiration and minimally invasive biopsy in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 461 patients with suspected breast tumors were selected from January 2017 to December 2018.Hollow needle aspiration biopsy and ultrasound-guided hollow needle aspiration biopsy were performed respectively,and the pathological results were used as the gold standard.The operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume of the two methods were recorded and compared.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasound-guided hollow needle biopsy and minimally invasive biopsy in the diagnosis of breast cancer were evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in operation time and bleeding volume between the two methods(P>0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive biopsy group were higher than those of hollow needle biopsy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sensitivity and accuracy of cancer are higher,which is worthy of clinical application.
