洛赛克联合西沙比利治疗反流性食管炎临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析反流性食管炎患者选择洛赛克联合西沙比利治疗的应用效果。方法选择100例反流性食管炎患者作为此次分析对象,选取2018年1月22日~2019年2月22日来我院就诊的患者,通过动态化随机分组的方式进行分组,对照组选择西沙比利治疗,观察组选择洛赛克联合西沙比利治疗,比较2组治疗效果、不良反应。结果观察组治疗效果:96.00%(48/50),数据明显高于对照组,P<0.05,观察组不良反应发生例数为7例,对照组例数为6例,组间数据进行比较,P>0.05,并不存在差异性。结论反流性食管炎患者选择洛赛克联合西沙比利治疗效果显著,安全有效,值得临床运用以及推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Losec combined with cisapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods 100 patients with reflux esophagitis were selected as the objects of this analysis.The patients who came to our hospital from January 22,2018 to February 22,2019 were divided into groups by dynamic random grouping.The control group was treated by cisapride,and the observation group was treated by Losec combined with cisapride.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),the data was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the number of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7,the number of cases in the control group was 6,the data between the groups were compared,P>0.05,there was no difference.Conclusion Losec combined with cisapride is effective and safe for patients with reflux esophagitis.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
