杭州市售纸质食品包装材料中荧光增白剂含量的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查杭州市售纸质包装材料中11种三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类荧光增白剂(DSD-FWAs)的污染状况。方法采集277份杭州市售纸质食品包装材料样品,采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法对样品进行检测,然后对含量进行研究分析。结果样品中DSD-FWAs的检出率为27.1%(75/277),检出DSD-FWAs总量为0.107 mg/kg^1 204.824 mg/kg,共检出9种DSD-FWAs化合物,其中C.I.220的检出率和平均值最高,并且有多份样品存在检出多种DSD-FWAs的情况,纸袋和纸盒2种类别的样品污染情况最为严重。结论杭州市售纸质包装材料存在非法添加DSD-FWAs的情况,相关部门需加强其风险监测与监管。Objective To investigate the current contamination of eleven kinds of 4,4’-diaminostilbene-2,2’-disulfonc acid-based fluorescent whitening agents(DSD-FWAs) in paper food packing materials in Hangzhou markets.Methods A total of 277 samples of paper food packing materials were collected from local markets,eleven kinds of DSD-FWAs in above samples were detected by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector.Results The DSD-FWAs were detected in 75 of the whole 277 samples,with the detection rate of 27.1%,and the total contents of DSD-FWAs were within0.107 mg/kg-1 204.824 mg/kg.A total of 9 DSD-FWAs compounds were detected,of which C.I.220 had the highest detection rate and average value,and multiple samples were detected in multiple DSD-FWAs.Paper bag and carton samples were of the worst contamination.Conclusion There is illegal addition of DSD-FWAs in paper packaging materials sold in Hangzhou,and relevant departments need to strengthen risk monitoring and supervision on it.
