晚期恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化分析

摘　　要：目的观察化疗前、后晚期恶性肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平的变化情况。方法选取2018年1月~2018年12月我院45例恶性肿瘤患者。于化疗前以及化疗后4个月,收集抗凝血,检测总T淋巴细胞百分比(T%)、辅助/诱导T淋巴细胞百分比(CD4^+T%)、抑制/细胞毒T淋巴细胞百分比(CD8^+T%)、CD4^+T%/CD8^+T%,比较化疗前后其水平变化情况。结果患者化疗后CD4^+T%及CD4+T%/CD8^+T%低于化疗前,T%、CD8^+T%高于化疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期恶性肿瘤患者在接受化疗后,外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平改变,可为治疗方案的制定以及疗效评估提供依据。Objective To observe the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with malignant tumors before and after chemotherapy.Methods Forty-five patients with malignant tumors from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled.Results After chemotherapy,CD4^+T% and CD4^+T%/CD8^+T% were lower than those before chemotherapy.Results T% and CD8^+T% were higher than before chemotherapy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with advanced malignant tumors after chemotherapy can provide a basis for the development of treatment plans and evaluation of efficacy.
