摘　　要：目的:探讨对血脂异常性急性胰腺炎患者进行血液净化联合早期肠内营养支持治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年5月期间成都市第一人民医院收治的102例血脂异常性急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象。将这些患者平均分为对照组和观察组。在两组患者入院后,均对其进行常规治疗。在此基础上,对对照组患者进行血液净化治疗,对观察组患者进行血液净化治疗和早期肠内营养支持治疗。然后比较两组患者在治疗前后各项血清炎性因子的水平及肠黏膜的屏障功能。结果:治疗后,观察组患者血清白介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α、C反应蛋白、降钙素原、二胺氧化酶的水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05;其尿乳果糖与甘露醇的比值小于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对血脂异常性急性胰腺炎患者进行血液净化联合早期肠内营养支持治疗的效果较为理想,可有效地降低其血清炎性因子的水平,改善其肠黏膜的屏障功能。objective:to investigate the effect of blood purification combined with early enteral nutrition support in the treatment of acute pancreatitis with dyslipidemia.Methods:102 cases of acute pancreatitis with dyslipidemia admitted to chengdu first people’s hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided equally into control and observation groups.After admission,both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,patients in the control group were treated with blood purification therapy,and patients in the observation group were treated with blood purification therapy and early enteral nutrition support therapy.Then the levels of various serum inflammatory factors and the barrier function of intestinal mucosa before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,the serum levels of interleukin-6,TNF,c-reactive protein,calcitonin and diamine oxidase in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of urinary lactulose to mannitol was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of blood purification combined with early enteral nutrition support in patients with acute pancreatitis of dyslipidemia is relatively ideal,which can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and improve the barrier fun ction of intestinal mucosa.
