摘 要:目的分析无人机喷雾技术、超低容量喷雾技术在杀灭成蚊中的效率和效果,为铁路媒介生物应急控制技术应用提供依据。方法两种技术的现场试验。结果无人机喷雾、超低容量喷雾的成蚊防治效果分别为71.9%、77.4%(χ~2=0.255 5,P>0.05);无人机喷雾工时效率为超低容量喷雾的7.5倍。结论无人机喷雾技术效果良好且高效,适于在疫点分散而区域广大的铁路地区媒介生物应急控制中的应用。Objective To analyze the application and effectiveness of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) spraying technology and ultra-low-volume(ULV) spraying technology applied in mosquito control in railway field.Methods Field test was conducted with two technologies.Results The UAV-spraying and the ULV-spraying reached the mosquito control effect of 71.9% and 77.4% respectively,with little significant difference(χ~2=0.255 5,P> 0.05),while the UAV-spraying method took 7.5 times less time than using the ULV-spraying method to cover the same size area.Conclusion UAV-based pesticide spray displayed a better overall performance and efficiency in scattered railway pest control.
