民族高校图书馆师资队伍建设研究——以内蒙古民族大学为例

摘　　要：民族高校图书馆在学校发展过程中扮演了举足轻重的角色,学校的文化内涵通常通过图书馆来展现,民族高校图书馆不仅是学校的文献收集库,而且是学生学习的第二课堂。图书馆馆员是民族高校发展的基本保证和推进动力,如何建设一支合格的师资队伍成为了图书馆发展的必修课题,也成为亟需解决的重要难题。以内蒙古民族大学图书馆为例,分析民族高校图书馆师资队伍建设存在的问题,提出相应的解决对策,试图提升民族高校图书馆师资队伍的素质能力提升,促进图书馆相关领域的发展。The library of colleges and universities for nationalities plays an important role in the development of the school,the cultural connotation of the school is usually displayed through the library,the library of colleges and universities for nationalities is not only the collection of documents of the school,it is also the second class room for students.Librarians are the basic guarantee and driving force for the development of ethnic universities.How To build a qualified teaching staff has become a compulsory subject and an important problem to be solved ur gently.Taking the library of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the teaching staff in the Library of university for nationalities,puts forward corresponding countermeasures,and attempts to improve the quality and ability of the teaching staff in the Library of university for nationalities,to promote the development of library-related fields.
