摘　　要：散瞳是白内障手术成功的重要条件。目前临床上对术前散瞳缺乏规范,常导致散瞳效果不佳,影响术中操作,引起相关并发症。本文将对白内障手术散瞳药物、给药方式、给药时间、不良反应及合并症的影响等方面进行综述,旨在为完善白内障患者术前散瞳管理策略,提升散瞳效果提供依据。Mydriasis is an important condition for successful cataract surgery.At present,there is no standard for preoperative mydriasis,which often leads to poor effect of mydriasis,affecting the operation and causing related complications.Therefore,this article will review the mydriasis drugs,drug delivery,administration time,adverse reactions and the influences of complications,in order to provide the basis for improving the management strategy of pupil dilation for cataract patients and improving the effect of pupil dilation.
