摘　　要：目的:探讨不同部位结膜结石的性质。方法:根据结膜结石的病变部位分为近睑缘处结膜(距睑缘3 mm以内)、非睑缘处结膜(距睑缘3 mm以外的睑结膜和穹窿部结膜)。根据取出物的颜色、大小、形状、硬度、显微镜下结构、是否有囊壁、成分进行比较分析。结果:近睑缘处结石7例7眼,非睑缘处结膜结石58例97眼。取出物均为黄棕色到黄白色固体,近睑缘处结石大小1.8~3.5 mm,为不规则的棒状,表面光滑,均显示有囊壁,内衬上皮角化物及油脂状物;非睑缘处结膜结石0.5~1.2 mm,为不规则的块状结构,外表结构松散的颗粒状物,质硬,部分可见坚硬内核,镜下可见棕褐色匀质样物,镜下有玉石样光泽。结论:近睑缘处结膜结石与非睑缘处结膜结石在性质与分布上存在明显区别。Objective To investigate the nature of conjunctival stone at different sites.Method All cases were divided into the conjunctiva near-eyelid margin(less than 3 mm from the eyelid margin)and the conjunctiva far from-eyelid margin(more than 3 mm from the eyelid margin and the conjunctiva fornix inclued)based on the site of the conjunctival stone.Study according to the color,size,shape,hardness,microscopic structure and capsular membrane.Results Seven cases(7 eyes)had stone near the eyelid margin,and 58 cases(97 eyes)had conjunctival stone outside the eyelid margin.The extracts were yellow-brown to yellowish-white solids.The size of the stones near the eyelid margin was 1.8~3.5 mm,and had irregular rod-shaped with smooth surface,showing capsular membrane,lining epithelial keratin and greasy substance.Contrast with the conjunctival stones at the non-eyelid margin was 0.5~1.2 mm,irregular massive structure,loose granular substance with hard inner nucleus and brown homogeneous sample under the microscope.The object had a jade-like luster under the mirror.Conclusion The nature and distribution of conjunctival calculi near the eyelid margin are obviously different from those at the non-eyelid margin.
