优值牵引治疗青年颈椎病及颈椎曲度与临床症状的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察优值牵引治疗青年颈椎病的疗效及治疗前后临床症状与颈椎曲度的相关性。方法:选取49例符合诊断标准的青年颈椎病患者,采用优值牵引联合中药熏蒸治疗,疗程14d,治疗前后均行颈椎侧位X线,观察治疗前后颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、颈椎曲度并测量Borden值的变化并进行相关性分析。结果:治疗后患者NDI指数有所降低,组内比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后患者Borden值有所增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明颈椎曲度有所改善。治疗前NDI指数与Borden值进行相关性分析P<0.01,治疗后NDI差值与Borden值差值进行相关性分析P<0.05。结论:优值牵引联合中药熏蒸治疗青年颈椎病可有效改善颈椎生理曲度及颈椎功能,优值牵引治疗后颈曲改善约明显,症状减轻越明显,临床症状与颈椎曲度之间具有相关性。Objective:To observe the curative effect of excellent value traction on young cervical spondylosis and the correlation between clinical symptoms and cervical curvature before and after treatment.Methods 49 young patients with cervical spondylosis who met the diagnostic criteria were treated with excellent traction combined with fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine for 14 days.Lateral X-ray of cervical spine was performed before and after treatment.The cervical dysfunction index(NDI),cervical curvature and Borden value were observed before and after treatment.Results NDI index of patients decreased after treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Borden value of patients increased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that cervical curvature improved.The correlation analysis between NDI index and Borden value before treatment was significant difference and the correlation analysis between NDI difference and Borden value after treatment was significant difference.Conclusion Good value traction combined with fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the physiological curvature and cervical function of young cervical spondylosis.The improvement of cervical curvature after treatment of good value traction is about obvious,the more obvious the symptoms are alleviated,and there is a correlation between clinical symptoms and cervical curvature.
