摘 要:随着南海战略地位的提高,建筑材料的缺乏成为南海军事建设或民用建设的一大难题,珊瑚材料是南海等地最主要的建筑材料,珊瑚泡沫流动固化材料的研究为南海建筑材料提供多样性。珊瑚泡沫流动固化材料是一种超大流动度的泡沫混凝土材料,由于泡沫的易破坏性,拌和过程中过大或者过多的粗骨料会导致材料成型不均匀且工作性较差,因此,该材料不再需要骨架支撑作用。提出了珊瑚砂流动固化材料概念模型,即珊瑚泡沫胶砂为主体,是主要的支撑结构;粗骨料成为填充组分,可以节约材料,稍微增加强度。该模型揭示了珊瑚泡沫流动固化材料应细集料占优配制,且严格控制粗集料粒径及掺量。试验验证当密度控制在1 200~1 800 kg/m^3时,7 d抗压强度可达到3~7 MPa,且呈正相关特性,该材料适用于南海机场阻滑坑及防滑跑道等工程的建设。With the improvement of the strategic status of the South China Sea,the lack of building materials has become a major problem in the military construction or civil construction of the South China Sea.Coral materials are the most important building materials in the South China Sea and other places.Coral foam flow curing material is a kind of foam concrete material with super flowing degree.Due to the fragility of foam,excessive or excessive coarse aggregate in the mixing process will lead to uneven molding and poor working performance.The material no longer needs the support of skeleton.Accordingly,the concept model of the flow solidification material of coral sand is proposed,that is,the main body of coral foam rubber sand is the main supporting structure.The coarse aggregate becomes the filling component,which plays a strengthening role appropriately.The model reveals that the fine aggregate of the coral foam flow solidification material system should be optimized and the coarse aggregate size and dosage should be strictly controlled.It was found that when the density was controlled at 1200~1800 kg/m3,the compressive strength of 7 d could reach 3~7 MPa,and it was positively correlated,which played a key role in the construction of the anti-skid pit and anti-skid runway of the Airport on the South China Sea.
