摘 要:半柔性路面指在空隙率20%以上的基体沥青混合料中灌入水泥浆而形成的复合路面,但半柔性路面的水泥基材料容易产生裂缝且修复工艺复杂,在一定程度上阻碍了这种路面材料的推广与应用。将纤维掺量为总体积1.3%的ECC砂浆灌入不同空隙率的基体沥青混合料中,并开展马歇尔试验、车辙试验、三点弯曲试验对其路用性能进行评价,并在水灰比相同的条件下与普通砂浆的性能进行比较。结果表明:掺ECC砂浆的半柔性路面材料有良好的整体性、高温稳定性、水稳定性,与普通水泥砂浆相比其低温抗裂性能更显著。Semi-flexible pavement refers to a kind of composite pavement by injecting cement slurry into asphalt mixture which has more than 20%void ratio.But the cement-based material of semi-flexible pavement is prone to cracks and the repairing process is complicated,so the popularization and application of semi-flexible pavement is hindered to some extent.In this study,mortar with 1.3%of total volume fiber dosages which was injected into asphalt mixture with which has different void fraction,Marshall test,rutting test and three-point bending test were carried out to evaluate its road performance,and were compared with ordinary mortar under the same water-cement ratio condition.The result indicates semi-flexible pavement material mixed with ECC mortar have good integrity,high temperature stability and water stability.Compared with ordinary cement mortar,the low-temperature and anti-cracking performance is remarkable.
