摘  要:真丝在加工与储存过程中,易受日光及大气影响而产生黄变或脆损。采用壳寡糖、壳聚糖、壳聚糖季铵盐及明胶对真丝进行抗老化整理,测试织物黄度、强力、抗氧化性和抗菌效果,优化提升真丝耐气候稳定性的整理工艺。结果表明:随着紫外老化时间的增加,真丝黄变和强力损失增加;壳寡糖和壳聚糖季铵盐能提高织物的抗氧化和抗菌效果。优化后的整理工艺为:壳寡糖10 g/L、壳聚糖季铵盐5 g/L、明胶5 g/L,轧余率90%。经上述工艺整理后,真丝防泛黄效果较好,抑菌率为99.99%,紫外老化后强力损失较低(<15%)。During processing and storage,silk is prone to yellowing or brittle damage due to the sunlight and atmosphere.The anti-aging finish of silk is carried out with chitosan oligosaccharide,chitosan,chito san quaternary ammonium salt and gelatin,and the yellowness,strength,oxidation resistance and anti bacterial effect of fabric are tested.The results show that the yellowing and strength loss of silk in creased with the increase of UV aging time,and the chitosan oligosaccharide and chitosan quaternary ammonium salt can improve antioxidant and antibacterial effects.The optimized finishing technology is chitosan oligosaccharide 10 g/L,chitosan quaternary ammonium salt 5 g/L,gelatin 5 g/L,and the pick-up rate 90%.The silk has good anti yellowing effect,99.99%of bacteriostatic rate,and lower strength loss after UV aging(<15%).
