论大学教育的灵魂

摘　　要：大学教育的根本任务是立德树人。大学教育中,知识传授、能力培养、价值引领三位一体。立什么德、树什么人,如何立德、如何树人,是价值引领的题中之义,也是一个需要不断从理论和实践层面探索的重大问题。缺乏价值引领的教育就是缺乏灵魂的教育。办有灵魂的大学教育,需要彻底回归到以人为本,培育全人,宁静致远,潜心铸魂。通过全员、全方位、全过程途径,为学生提供有助于精神成人的优质教育资源,营闲花落地、造润物无声的教育环境。The fundamental task of university education is to cultivate the talents with ethic sense and professionalism.In university education,the trinity of knowledge transfer,ability development,and value leadership is focused.To define the virtues and the kinds of talents to be fostered,and how to establish the virtues,and how to cultivate talents are the meanings of value-led topics,and also a major issue that needs to be continuously explored from the theoretical and practical aspects.Lack of value-led education is a lack of soul education.To run a university education with a soul,we need to completely return to people-oriented,nurture the whole person,focus on practical endeavors with far-sightness,and devote our soul to the soul education.Through all-members,all-round,and whole-process approach,we provide students with high-quality educational resources that are helpful to their spiritual maturity.
