个性化护理模式在乳腺癌术后护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在乳腺癌术后护理中运用个性化护理模式的效果及对护理满意度的影响。方法将本科80例乳腺癌手术患者(2018年1月—2019年6月)纳入研究,用计算机实施随机分组,分为常规组(n=40)、个性化组(n=40),对常规组运用常规护理,对个性化组运用个性化护理模式,分析术后并发症、生活质量及护理满意度。结果个性化组术后并发症总发生率与常规组组间对比更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。个性化组护理2周后生活质量评分与常规组组间对比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。个性化组护理满意度评分与常规组组间对比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌术后护理中运用个性化护理模式可减少术后并发症,改善生活质量,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of using personalized nursing mode in postoperative nursing of breast cancer and its impact on nursing satisfaction.Methods 80 patients with breast cancer surgery(from January 2018 to June 2019)were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups:the routine group(n=40)and the personalized group(n=40).Routine care was applied to the routine group,and individualized care patterns were applied to the individualized groups to analyze postoperative complications,quality of life,and satisfaction with care.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the individualized group was lower than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of personalized group care,the quality of life score was higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the personalized group were higher in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of personalized care mode in breast cancer postoperative care can reduce postoperative complications,improve quality of life,and improve care satisfaction.
