疏血通注射液与丹红注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比疏血通注射液和丹红注射液治疗缺血性脑卒患者的疗效。方法观察比较应用疏血通注射液或丹红注射液治疗后,缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力(分别采用四肢简化Fugl-Meyer评分量表、改良Barthel指数量表来评价)的差异。结果实验组干预治疗4周、8周、12周后的肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力两项指标评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液对于缺血性脑卒中患者的肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力改善情况优于丹红注射液。Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong injection and Danhong injection in patients with ischemic stroke,and analyze which of the two drugs is more effective,so as to improve the clinical treatment plan.Methods To observe and compare the difference of limb motor function and activity of daily life(evaluated by simplified Fugl-Meyer scale and modified Barthel index scale)of hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke after treatment with Shuxuetong injection or Danhong injection.Results After 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of motor function and activity of daily life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong injection is superior to Danhong injection in improving limb motor function and daily life activity of patients with ischemic stroke.
