摘　　要：针对铝合金无缝气瓶的质量检测问题,设计了一套基于Contact Image Sensor(CIS)的气瓶内表面缺陷检测系统,可实现气瓶内表面缺陷的自动检测。为实现气瓶内表面的全部采集,采用平移装置和旋转装置协调运动的方式遍历气瓶内表面,并通过高斯线检测提取拉伸伤边缘,以及阈值分割检测凹坑区域,再根据其基本特征进行筛选等操作,得到拉伸伤和凹坑缺陷检测结果。实验表明,该系统能够有效地实现铝合金无缝气瓶内表面缺陷检测,并具有较高的检测效率和准确率。Aiming at the quality inspection of aluminum alloy seamless cylinders,a set of internal surface defects inspection system Based on Contact Image Sensor(CIS)is designed,which can realize the automatic inspection of internal surface defects of cylinders.In order to collect all the inner surfaces of cylinders,the inner surfaces of cylinders were traversed by means of coordinated movement of translation device and rotation device,the edge of tensile injury was extracted by Gaussian line detection operator,the pit area was detected by threshold segmentation operator,and the detection results of tensile injury and pit defects were obtained by screening according to their basic characteristics.Experiments show that the system can effectively detect the internal surface defects of aluminum alloy seamless cylinders,and has a high detection efficiency and accuracy.
