摘　　要：目的探讨甘露聚糖肽注射液联合SOX方案化疗对晚期胃癌患者NF-кB及NES1表达的影响。方法选择2016年8月至2018年9月于本院就诊的晚期胃癌患者70例,遵循随机原则分为研究组与对照组,每组35例。对照组采用SOX方案化疗,研究组在此基础上联合甘露聚糖肽注射液治疗,比较两组患者NF-кB、NES1及CEA表达。结果研究组患者治疗后血清NF-кB、NES1水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后血清CEA、CA-199、CA-242水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后CD4+、CD8+及IgA、IgM、IgG水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甘露聚糖肽注射液联合SOX方案化疗可调节晚期胃癌患者NF-кB、NES1及CEA表达,降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,维持机体免疫功能,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of mannan peptide injection combined with SOX regimen chemotherapy on the expression of NF-кB,NES1 and CEA in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 70 patients with advanced gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with SOX regimen chemotherapy.On this basis,the study group was treated with mannan peptide injection.The expressions of NF-кB,NES1 and CEA in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum NF-кB and NES1 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CEA,CA-199 and CA-242 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD4+,CD8+,IgA,IgM and IgG in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mannan peptide injection combined with SOX regimen chemotherapy can regulate the expression of NF-кB,NES1 and CEA in patients with advanced gastric cancer,reduce the level of serum tumor markers and maintain the body's immune function.The curative effect is remarkable and worthy of promotion.
