美多巴与盐酸普拉克索联合用于治疗老年帕金森病对患者运动功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察美多巴联合盐酸普拉克索治疗老年帕金森病的疗效及对运动功能的影响。方法随机选取2017年5月至2018年5月本院收治的84例老年帕金森病患者为研究对象,按照是否给予美多巴联合盐酸普拉克索治疗分为对照组和实验组,每组42例。对照组单纯采用美多巴治疗,实验组采用美多巴联合盐酸普拉克索治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗3个月后,40例患者病情得到不同程度的改善,无效2例,总有效率为95.24%,明显高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05);实验组患者不良反应发生率为11.90%明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗1、2、3个月后帕金森病运动功能评分量表(MDRSPD)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于老年帕金森病患者给予美多巴联合盐酸普拉克索治疗效果明显优于单纯美多巴治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of medoba combined with pramipexole hydrochloride on Parkinson's disease in the elderly and its effect on motor function.Methods 84 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly selected as the study subjects.According to whether to give medoba combined with pramipexole hydrochloride treatment,all patients were divided into the control group and experimental group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group given pure medoba treatment and experimental group was given medoba combined with pramipexole hydrochloride treatment,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the condition of 40 patients in the experimental group was improved in varying degrees,2 patients were ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.24%,significantly higher than 80.95%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the experimental group(11.90%)than in the control group(P<0.05).The MDRSPD of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of medoba combined with pramipexole hydrochloride is better than that of medoba alone in the elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.
