摘　　要：穴位敏化与得气是近年来针灸领域备受关注的两个核心科学命题。本研究从概念、表现形式、组织细胞结构改变、影响因素、调控机制、临床效应等方面对比发现,两者虽有诸多相似之处,如物质结构基础、组织细胞化学变化等,但穴位敏化并不等同于得气。穴位敏化是机体病理状态下体表特定腧穴形态与功能的实时、动态变化,属穴位本态范畴,而得气是针刺腧穴治疗疾病时医患双方对经气的主观或客观感应,属针刺效应范畴,应加以区分。Acupoint sensitization and Deqi are two core scientific propositions in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion in recent years.From the comparison of concepts,manifestations,tissue cell structure changes,influencing factors,regulatory mechanisms and clinical effects,it finds that although there are many similarities between acupoint sensitization and Deqi,such as material structure basis and histocytochemical changes,but acupoint sensitization is not as the same as Deqi.Acupoint sensitization is a real-time and dynamic change of the shape and function of specific acupoints on the body surface under the pathological state,which belongs to the category of acupoint primordial state;whereas Deqi is the subjective or objective feeling of both doctors and patients to meridian-qi when needling acupoints to treat diseases,it belongs to the category of acupuncture effect,which should be differentiated from acupoint sensitization.
