摘　　要：高校在地方产业转型和升级过程中提供优质人才是现实而迫切的问题。基于现代服务业发展过程中就业总量效应和就业结构问题的现状,研究人才供给侧的优化路径和方式。研究发现服务业中部分行业的人才需求已经趋于饱和,然而在不同层次的人才培养方面,以芜湖高职院校为研究的切入点,供给层面存在诸多的不匹配性。因此,将进一步讨论提升人才供给与产业匹配程度的问题。Providing high-quality talents in the transformation and upgrading process of local industries is a practical and urgent problem for colleges and universities.Based on the total employment effect and the status quo of the employment structural problems in the development of the modern service industry,this paper studies the optimization path and mode to supply side of talents.The research finds that the demand for talents in some industries of the service industry has almost been saturated.However,the training of talents at different levels,viewing the data from Wuhu Higher Vocational College,mismatches the supply level in many aspects.Therefore,the paper further discusses the problems on the improvement of matching degree between talent supply and the industries.
