摘　　要：《秀拉》讲述了一对黑人女孩奈尔和秀拉的成长经历。文章虽然通篇以线性的时间为节点,但是故事情节的推进和发展却在隐形的空间结构中进行。以列斐弗尔的空间理论为依据,对小说中所呈现的存在空间、社会空间、身体空间及其表征意义进行探讨,彰显出托妮·莫里森通过空间叙事对非裔女性的关怀以及他者历史的还原,从而有助于读者更好地把握故事情节、了解小说主旨进而理解作者意图。Sula tells the growth experience of two black girls,Nel and Sula.Although the whole story is told on a linear timeline,the plot development of the story is in invisible space.Based on the theory of Space from Henri Lefebvre,the paper discusses existential space,social space,and body space.From the narration of space,it shows Toni Morrison’s great concern for Afro-American women and the restoration of other’s history.It expects to provide readers a better understanding of the plots,the theme,and the purpose of the author.
