摘 要:选择粒质量不同的2个小麦品种,研究开花期外源喷施茉莉酸(JA)对小麦强势粒和弱势粒灌浆的影响。结果表明,开花期外源喷施JA对小麦强势粒灌浆无显著影响,但其显著降低小麦弱势粒灌浆前中期的籽粒灌浆速率,从而抑制小麦籽粒灌浆,降低小麦粒质量和产量。进一步分析表明,开花期外源喷施JA对小麦籽粒灌浆的抑制作用与旗叶衰老及抗氧化酶活性无关。JA通过阻止可溶性总糖向弱势粒的转运以及淀粉合成抑制小麦弱势粒籽粒灌浆。除此之外,外源JA提高小麦籽粒蛋白质含量和粗面筋含量,改善小麦品质。说明开花期外源喷施JA不利于小麦粒质量及产量形成,但是有利于籽粒品质的改善。The objective of this study is to observe the effect of external jasmonic acid(JA)application at anthesis on the grain filling of wheat.In this study,two wheat cultivar with different grain weight were selected to study the effect of external applied JA at anthesis on the grain filling of the superior grain and inferior grain of wheat.The results suggested that JA application at anthesis had no significant effect on the grain filling of superior grain,however,it significantly decreased the grain filling rate of inferior grain during the early and middle grain filling period,and this could inhibite the grain filling and decrease the grain weight and yield of wheat.Beside this,there was no significant relationship between the inhibition effect of external JA application at anthesis on the grain filling of wheat,the senescence and the activities of antioxidant enzymes of flag leaves.The external JA inhibited the transport of soluble sugar to inferior grain and the synthesis of starch of inferior grain,which could inhibit the grain filling of wheat inferior grain.The results showed that the external JA application at anthesis was against the grain weight and grain yield of wheat.However,this study indicated that the external JA application promoted the protein and gluten concentration in wheat grain and it was favorable to the grain quality of wheat.
