摘  要:本试验以杏鲍菇为原料,乙醇溶液为溶剂,采用微波法对杏鲍菇黄酮类化合物进行提取。主要考察乙醇体积分数、液料比、微波功率、微波时间对提取的影响。结果表明:在乙醇体积分数为70%,液料比为30 mL/g,微波功率为600 W,微波时间为4 min时,杏鲍菇黄酮得率可达2.60%。微波法提取杏鲍菇黄酮,提取率高、耗时短、试验重现性好,本文对于从杏鲍菇提取黄酮用于饲料添加剂具有一定的参考价值。The flavonoids were extracted by microwave method using pleurotus eryngii as raw materials and ethanol solution as solvent.The effects of ethanol concentration,liquid-to-liquid ratio,microwave power and microwave time on the extraction rate were investigated.The results showed that when the ethanol concentration was 70%,the liquid-to-solid ratio was 30 mL/g,the microwave power was 600 W,and the microwave time was 4 min,the extraction rate of flavonoids of pleurotus eryngii reached 2.60%.Microwave extraction of flavonoids from pleurotus eryngii has many advantages,such as high extraction rate,short time-consuming and good experimental reproducibility.This paper has certain reference value for extracting flavonoids from pleurotus eryngii for feed additives.
