摘 要:在了解我国食品行业现在状况的基础上,基于历史维度,概述日本食品管理制度发展史,分析日本食品管理模式。通过从决策机制、行政效率、处罚力度和食品安全标准4个方面对比分析,针对我国食品行业,提出以下建议:明确管理部门职责接口,完善食品安全标准体系,鼓励和支持相关组织实质性参与食品监督管理,加强涉及食品安全的处罚手段,加大处罚力度。n the basis of studying the state of the food industry in China from a historical perspective,this paper summarizes the history of Japanese food and analyzes its management system.Comparing food management systems between China and Japan from four aspects,including the decision-making mechanism,administrative efficiency,punishment intensity and food safety standards,this paper puts forward some suggestions:clarifying the responsibilities of the management departments,improving the food safety standard system,encouraging related organizations participate in the food management and strengthening the punishment.
