摘 要:针对轴承内外径尺寸的人工测量方法存在测量效率低、易产生视觉疲劳等问题,提出一种基于机器视觉的轴承内外径尺寸测量方法,利用智能相机采集轴承图像并对其做中值滤波与二值化处理,通过Sobel边缘检测算法提取轴承内外圈的边缘特征点,采用最小二乘法计算出拟合圆的圆心与内外半径的像素值,并通过尺寸标定与机器视觉脚本程序,将其换算为内外径的实际尺寸。实验结果表明,该视觉测量方法精度高、速度快,适用于大批量轴承生产场合。Because low measurement efficiency exists in mamually measureing bearing inner and outer diameter and visual fatigue easily occurs in it,a new method based on machine vision is proposed.Smart camera is used to acquire the bearing image and it is processed by median filtering and binarization.The edge feature points of the bearing inner and outer rings are extracted by using Sobel edge detection algorithm.The least squares method is used to calculate the center of the circle and the pixel value of the inner and outer radius,and it is converted to the actual size by size calibration and the machine vision script program.The experimental results show that the measuring method based on the machine vision has the advantages of high precision and high speed and it is suitable for large batch production of bearings.
