摘  要:随着我国城市化进程的积极推进,新型城镇和地区不断涌现,很多地区地貌发生一定变化或出现一些地区无长期风速资料的问题,因此无法直接由《建筑结构荷载规范》确定风荷载.为解决这一问题,克服样本点过少造成的概率误差,本文以黑龙江省28个城市为例,采用月最大风速,利用极值Ⅲ型分布来计算基本风压.结果表明,短期风速资料下黑龙江省月最大风速的符合极值Ⅲ型分布,优先选用变量替换法.分别对重现期为10年、50年和100年的基本风压用极值Ⅲ型分布计算与规范方法计算结果进行对比,发现重现期为10年时极值Ⅲ型分布计算值与规范方法计算结果基本吻合.本文研究结果可为重现期较短的拆除工程基本风压的确定提供参考依据.Because of the actively promoting urbanization of our country,new towns and regions brought forward new questions that sometimes the wind load cannot be obtained directly from the building structure load code.In order to solve this problem,the basic wind pressures of 28 cities in Heilongjiang Province are calculated using the maximum monthly wind speed data through the extreme value type Ⅲ distribution.It shows that the monthly maximum wind speed in Heilongjiang Province in accordance with the short-term wind speed data conforms to the extreme value type Ⅲ distribution,and the variable substitution method is preferred.Comparing the calculation results of the extreme value type Ⅲ distribution of the basic wind pressure with the return period of 10,50 and 100 years with the calculation results of the normative method,it is found that the return period is basically consistent with the calculation results of the extreme value typeⅢdistribution in 10 years with the calculation results of the normative method.The results provide valuable references for the determination of the basic wind pressure for the short-term demolition projects.
