摘　　要：文章探讨了在印制电路板生产热风整平工艺中小焊盘不上锡的主要产生原因,包括前处理、热风整平工段,并从设备改造、物料管控、参数调整、工程设计、重点保养等几个方面进行优化改善,达到小焊盘不上锡缺陷的改善。This paper discusses the main causes of tin failure of solder pad in PCB hot air leveling process,including pre-treatment,hot air leveling section,and optimizes and improves from equipment transformation,material control,parameter adjustment,engineering design,key maintenance and other aspects to achieve the improvement of tin failure of small solder pad.
