摘　　要：目的 研究异黏蛋白(MTDH)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达,及其与上皮性卵巢癌临床病理特征间的联系.方法 选取本院2017年2月~2019年1月接诊的40例上皮性卵巢癌患者作为研究组、20例良性上皮性卵巢癌患者作为常规组,再选取20例健康者作为健康对比组.使用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RTPCR)及免疫组化SP法,分别检验每组患者MTDH、VEGF mRNA以及蛋白的表达.结果 不同国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期上皮性卵巢癌患者的MTDH mRNA、VEGF mRNA表达以及MTDH、VEGF阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P.<0.05);不同淋巴结扩散情况下上皮性卵巢癌患者的MTDH mRNA、VEGF mRNA表达以及MTDH、VEGF阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且在上皮性卵巢癌中MTDH和VEGF的表达成正相关(P<0.05).结论 VEGF及MTDH和上皮性卵巢癌的发生和恶化均有紧密关系.Objective To investigate the expression of metadherin(MTDH)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in epithelial ovarian cancer and its association with the clinicopathological features of epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods Forty patients with epithelial ovarian cancer who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled as study group,20 patients with benign epithelial ovarian cancer were enrolled in the routine group,and 20 healthy people were selected as healthy comparison group.The expressions of MTDH,VEGF mRNA and protein in ovarian epithelial tissues of each group were examined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and immunohistochemical SP method.Results The expressions of MTDH mRNA,VEGF mRNA and the positive expression rates of MTDH and VEGF in patients with different International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stage epithelial ovarian cancer were significantly different(P<0.05).MTDH mRNA and VEGF mRNA in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer with different lymph node spread,there were no significant differences in mRNA expression and positive expression rates of MTDH and VEGF(P>0.05),and there was a positive correlation between the expression of MTDH and VEGF in epithelial ovarian cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close relationship between VEGF and MTDH and the occurrence and deterioration of epithelial ovarian cancer.
