奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的130例牙体牙髓病患者作研究对象。根据电脑端随机分组方式将所有患者分为对照组与实验组,每组各65例。其中对照组患者予以干髓剂填充,实验组患者采用奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗。两组经系统治疗后,比较其综合疗效情况,并建立为期3个月的疾病预后随访,观察患者不良反应总发生率。结果实验组患者的临床有效率达96.92%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的不良反应总发生率达3.07%,低于对照组的27.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的咀嚼效率及咬合力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的各项日常生活质量评分因子均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组患者各项日常生活质量评分因子得分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙体牙髓病患者临床采用奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗,可获较之常规治疗更佳的疗效收益,且疾病预后不良反应发生率较低,促患者咀嚼功能恢复佳,日常生活质量改善显著,综合疗效令人满意,临床可行性佳,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of auxiliary filling with Ornidazole Mixture in the treatment of endodontic disease.Methods A total of 130 endodontic disease patients treated from January 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected as research subjects.Patients were randomly assigned to control group(n=65)and test group(n=65)according to the random grouping mode of the computer terminal.The control group was filled with dry pulp agent;the test group was filled with Ornidazole Mixture.After systematic therapy,the comprehensive effects,3-month treatment prognosis and overall adverse reactions rate were compared.Results The clinical effective rate in the test group(96.92%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall adverse reactions rate in the test group(3.07%)was lower than that in the control group(27.69%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the chewing efficiency and occlusal force in the test group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the activity of daily living scores in the test group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Theauxiliary filling with Ornidazole Mixture has better effect on endodontic disease,which can reduce the adverse reactions,promote the chewing function recovery and improve the activity of daily living.It can be feasibly applied in clinical practice.
