渗透树脂联合Beyond冷光美白仪治疗重度氟斑牙的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨渗透树脂联合Beyond冷光美白仪治疗重度氟斑牙的临床效果.方法 选取2015年1月~2017年1月在我院治疗的50例重度氟斑牙患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例).对照组采用Beyond冷光美白仪治疗,观察组采用渗透树脂联合Beyond冷光美白仪治疗.随访2年,比较两组治疗后不同时间的治疗效果及治疗满意度.结果 对照组治疗后3、6个月的治疗显效率与治疗后1周比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后1、2年的治疗显效率低于治疗后1周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后3、6个月,1、2年的治疗显效率与治疗后1周比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组治疗后1周、3个月、2年的治疗显效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后6个月、1年的治疗显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 渗透树脂联合Beyond冷光美白仪治疗重度氟斑牙能提高患者的临床治疗效果和治疗满意度.Objective To explore clinical effect of penetrating resin combined with Beyond cold light whitening instrument in the treatment of severe dental fluorosis.Methods Fifty patients with severe dental fluorosis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group(25 cases)and observation group(25 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Beyond cold light whitening device,the observation group was treated with penetrating resin combined with Beyond cold light whitening device.After 2 years follow-up,the therapeutic effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference the effective rate of the control group at 3 and 6 months after treatment compared with 1 week after treatment(P>0.05).The effective rate of the control group in the first and second year after treatment was lower than that in the first week,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effective rate of the observation group at 3,6 months,1 and 2 years after treatment compared with 1 week after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the treatment efficiency between the two groups after 1 week,3 months,and 2 years(P>0.05).The treatment group at 6 months and 1 year after treatment was more effective than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Penetrating resin combined with Beyond cold light whitening instrument to treat severe dental fluorosis can improve the clinical treatment effect and satisfaction of patients.
