摘 要:神经外科专科医师培训体系目前在中国仍处于探索阶段.神经外科由于解剖结构复杂,疾病谱复杂繁多,手术入路多样,术后并发症常见,按照传统的教学方法 ,神经外科专科医师规范化培训学员很难在短时间内达到教学要求.案例教学法及以问题为导向的教学方法 是近年来出现的新型教学方法 ,越来越多的应用于医学教育中,但这些教学方法 在神经外科专科医师培训中的应用目前尚无报道.本文以一例眶颅沟通性外伤病例为例,详细介绍华西医院神经外科以案例分析结合问题为导向教学方法 在专科医师规范化培训中实施,总结此类教学方法 的特点及注意事项,为其他神经外科专科医师规范化培训中心提供参考.The construction of scientific training system for neurosurgical specialists is still in the preliminary stage in China.Due to the complicated anatomy,broad disease spectrum,diversified surgical approaches and frequently occurred postoperative complications in neurosurgery,it is difficult for neurosurgery specialists in stardardized trainig to meet the teaching requirements in a short time by the traditional teaching methods.The case-based and problem-based learning methods are noval,which are gradually used in medical learning and teaching.However,their usage is never reported in the standardized training of neurosurgical specialist in China.In this study,the combined case-based and problembased learning methods were introduced detailly in the standardized training of neurosurgical specialist in the Department of neurosurgery in West China hospital by illustrating a traumatic patient with cranio-orbital communicating injury.The advantages and disadvantages of the combined teaching methods were also summarized,which may provide some valuable experience for other similar training centers.
